Appointments may be made online, by telephone or in person. Please make one appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen. We try to keep to time but please be patient if someone before you takes longer than planned. Appointments are normally ten minute slots and so if you have a complicated problem, or more than one problem, please ask for a longer appointment.
Call in to the surgery in person or ring during opening hours. We can usually offer an appointment within 24 hours, but not necessarily with a particular doctor although every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy preferences. Patients have a right to see a practitioner of their choice but may have to wait a while for an appointment. If there are no appointments available and you think your ailment cannot wait until the next routine appointment, your details will be taken by the receptionist who will take your number and ask a clinician to contact you. Make sure you stay by the telephone!
If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse, the receptionist will take your telephone number for the doctor who may return your call
