How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We regret that owing to the possibility of mistakes, we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone. Instead we require you to either post or deliver by hand a list of the required items to the surgery or phone the chemist next door to the surgery on Leeds 256 3335. Prescriptions will generally be available for collection 48 hours after they are received. These can be sent by return of post if accompanied by an SAE. Repeat prescriptions requested on a Friday will be ready for collection on a Tuesday.

Doctors have a legal responsibility to monitor you and your medication at regular intervals. You may be asked to see the GP before we give you your repeat prescription.
