Carers Leeds

If you are looking after a relative, friend or child who, because of illness, disability or the effects of old age, is unable to manage without your help, you are a carer. This surgery is in close contact with the Carers Leeds. By filling in a form at reception, your status as a carer will be added to your clinical details and upon request we can refer you to Carers Leeds services.

Non-NHS Fees

Not all services provided by the practice are funded by the NHS. Some of these are carried out in the doctors' free time. Typical examples include: private sick notes, certain types of medical eg LGV, PCV, sports, certificates for travel cancellation insurance, certificates of fitness to travel or drive, certificates for convalescent homes.

Consequently, it is usual to request a fee for these services. This will be at, or below, the rate recommended by the BMA. A full list of services and fees is available at the surgery.
