ATTENTION! Change in opening hours

Our new opening hours will take effect on Monday the 3 April 2017.

We will share our opening hours with The Gables Surgery off Swinnow Lane (Swinnow Green, Leeds LS28 9AW). The Gables will cover some of our evenings and all of our weekend hours. If you require medical attention or information during the hours when Sunfield is closed, our telephone number will redirect you to The Gables.

Please do not call The Gables Surgery while Sunfield is open. If both surgeries are closed and you require urgent medical attention, as ever call 111.
